Are PCP air rifles loud?
If you’ve never used one before, you might imagine that they’re quite loud, but they aren’t. That’s because they don’t use any kind of gunpowder/explosive to fire their pellets. As for PCP air rifles specifically, no: PCP air rifles are very quiet. They’re even quieter than other air rifles like the spring-powered kind.
Air pistols like the Reximex Mito are less powerful, and therefore quieter, than air rifles of the same kind.
