Returns & Refunds
If the item you ordered isn’t what you expected, or if you simply no longer want it, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
If the item has been used, opened, or damaged and cannot be sold as new, a variable restocking charge will apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods. You will be entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement, once we receive the original item back — unless otherwise agreed upon.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a tracked returns label or arrange a courier collection at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
The Wolfman does not cover return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Gun Warranty Information
Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your item becomes faulty due to defective materials or workmanship (not normal wear and tear), it will need to be returned to us for inspection.
- Within 90 days of delivery, we will collect and redeliver the goods free of charge.
- After 90 days, we can still collect and redeliver the goods for a small fee of £20, or you can return the goods to us directly for repair.
All repairs covered by the warranty are free of charge during the warranty period.
