Customers must contact us at general@thewolfman.co.uk before any goods are sent back.

In cases where the item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, then you must let us know within 3 days of receiving the goods. You will be entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement item, once we receive the original order back, unless otherwise communicated.
